Why is an upcoming meeting not showing up in the Meetings tab?
Last updated: July 10, 2026
Upcoming meetings only appear in the Meetings tab if they fall within a specific calendar sync window and have attendees with matching domains.
Context
When you schedule a meeting with a prospect or customer, you might expect it to appear immediately on the account's Meetings tab. If a scheduled meeting is missing, it is typically due to the calendar sync window or domain matching rules.
How it Works
1. The Calendar Sync Window
Calendar synchronization only surfaces events within a specific time window.
- Future events: The system syncs and displays upcoming meetings up to 28 days in advance.
- Past events: The system syncs meetings up to 1 day in the past.
If your meeting is scheduled further out than 28 days, it will not appear in the Meetings tab yet. It will automatically surface as the meeting date gets closer and falls within the 28-day window.
2. Domain Matching
The Meetings tab filters upcoming events by matching the email domains of the calendar invite attendees against the account's known domains.
- An upcoming event will only display on an account page if at least one external attendee's email domain matches a domain mapped to that account.
- If the attendee is using a personal email address (such as Gmail) or an unmapped domain, the meeting will not associate with the account. You can resolve this by ensuring the correct domain is added to the account.
