Meet the new Chat

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Chat used to tell you what was happening. Now it gets it done.

It's your copilot for the entire sales cycle. Ask in plain English and Chat answers from your live CRM, or takes the next step for you, always with your sign-off. Less tab-switching, fewer deals slipping through the cracks, more time actually selling.

Find it at the top of your left sidebar, or open it anywhere with ⌘+J.

Ask anything about your pipeline

Chat reads your whole CRM and answers in plain language. It knows the account, meeting, or deal you're looking at, so you don't have to re-explain what you mean.

Try:

  • "Where are we with Acme, and what's the next step?"

  • "Which deals are slipping this quarter?"

  • "Summarize my open opportunities over $50k."

Ask it to do the work

Chat takes action, not just answers. It proposes the change and you approve it, so you stay in control.

Try:

  • "Draft the follow-up from my Acme meeting."

  • "Move the KOI deal to Negotiation and set close for end of quarter."

  • "Add the top three contacts to the enterprise sequence."

Nothing sends or changes until you approve it.

Category

What it does

Look things up

Find any account, contact, deal, meeting, task, or sequence.

Read the record

Open transcripts, email threads, Slack, and the activity timeline.

Pipeline & analytics

At-risk deals, live metrics, ask-your-data, all in the thread.

Research the account

Company, news, and buyer research for meeting prep.

Take action

Update the CRM, send an email, post to Slack.

Build outbound

Create and run sequences, audiences, and campaigns.

Get coaching and customer insight

Chat can run focused analysis, not just look things up.

  • Call coaching: "How did my last call with Acme go?" gives feedback on talk ratio, question quality, objection handling, and whether the deal moved.

  • Product feedback: "What are prospects asking for that we don't have yet?" surfaces recurring requests, gaps, and confusion from recent customer conversations.

This runs inside Chat when the context fits, with nothing for you to set up. Availability is still rolling out.

Get product help without leaving Monaco

Stuck on how something works? Ask Chat. It answers from Monaco's help docs right in the thread, so you don't have to search the knowledge base or open a ticket.

Try:

  • "How do I set up a sequence?"

  • "How do I set up the Slack integration?"

It knows your business

Chat carries a working knowledge of how your company sells: what you do, who you sell to, how you talk about the product, and your rules of engagement. That context goes into every answer and draft, so replies sound like your team, not generic AI.

You don't set this up line by line. Monaco builds it from your onboarding and your meetings, and your team can edit it any time.

It remembers how you work

Chat picks up durable preferences as you work and applies them next time. Tell it "always CC my manager on enterprise deals" or "keep my summaries short," and it sticks. What it has learned is visible and editable, so you stay in control.

It writes in your voice

When Chat drafts an email, it matches how you actually write: your greeting, length, formality, and sign-off. It learns this from your sent email, so drafts go out with fewer edits.

Bringing it together

Chat brings all of this into one place: ask across your CRM, get the work done, pull up product help, and it sharpens as it learns your business and your voice. Press ⌘+J and start with any prompt above.
